28 February 1997 A 2 and a half meter high bronze statue of
Ayrton Senna is being produced by artist Stefano Pierotti. The statue
represents Senna sitting on a cube and will be placed at the entrance of
the Imola race track. The second day of the Senna trial opens today in
Imola.
28 February 1997 The Italian magistrate Antonio Costanzo rejected
all defendents' claims that the trial for Senna's death should be
cancelled for illegal handling of the case.
